Calling for assistance

• Emergency, 24 hours a day: call 2526. For information, advisers answer on 05 22 45 66 01.

1. Call before you pay or arrange anything yourself: the company must first agree to the service.
2. Have ready your contract or certificate number, your passport or ID, and where you are.
3. Keep every receipt and medical report, and send them as the company asks.

If you disagree

1. Write to RMA Assistance's complaints service, or to your agent or broker, with your contract number and copies of your documents. Keep proof that you sent it.
2. No answer, or an answer you do not accept? The Insurance Mediator settles disputes free of charge: mediateurassurance.ma.
3. You can also complain to ACAPS, the regulator: reclamation-assurance.acaps.ma.
