MAMDA-MCMA: claims, contacts and online services
MAMDA and MCMA are two mutual insurers that work as one group: MAMDA insures farmers and runs the State-subsidised climate cover, and MCMA insures individuals, professionals and businesses. In a mutual, policyholders are members. This page explains how to declare a claim, who to call, what you can do online and how to complain.

Declaring a claim
- Car claim on WhatsApp. Since March 2023, MAMDA M3AK (+212 666 15 15 15) and MCMA M3AK (+212 666 16 16 16) let you declare a car claim, follow it, find partner garages and chat with an adviser.
- Farm losses. Under the subsidised climate cover, declare within the deadlines in our farming guide.
- Information line: 3113. The Ma MAMDA MCMA app gives access to your contracts.
- Declare within 5 days of learning of the loss (60 days for an officially declared catastrophic event), in writing, and keep a copy.
- Send what proves the loss: the constat amiable for a car accident, the police report for a theft or injuries, photos and invoices.
- Do not repair or throw anything away before the insurer's expert has seen it, unless it is urgent.

- Write to MAMDA-MCMA's complaints service, or to your agent or broker, with your contract number and copies of your documents. Keep proof that you sent it.
- No answer, or an answer you do not accept? The Insurance Mediator settles disputes free of charge: mediateurassurance.ma.
- You can also complain to ACAPS, the regulator: reclamation-assurance.acaps.ma.
Questions
Is MAMDA-MCMA an approved company?
Yes. MAMDA-MCMA is on the list of companies approved by ACAPS, the regulator. Before you pay, you can check that list, and the map of approved agents and brokers, on acaps.ma.
Does Assurlik sell MAMDA-MCMA's contracts?
No. Assurlik sells nothing and takes no commission. To buy, use MAMDA-MCMA's own channels, or ask several insurers for a quote.
