Wafa IMA Assistance is the assistance company owned by Wafa Assurance and the French group Inter Mutuelles Assistance: travel, car and medical assistance, and Injad Sans Frontière for Moroccans living abroad. This page gives the numbers to call for assistance, what it sells and how to complain.

## Calling for assistance

- **Call the assistance number on your contract or card first**, before you pay for a tow, a doctor or a ticket home. Its claims page explains what to send afterwards.

1. Call before you pay or arrange anything yourself: the company must first agree to the service.
2. Have ready your contract or certificate number, your passport or ID, and where you are.
3. Keep every receipt and medical report, and send them as the company asks.
