It now trades as SanlamAllianz and is the largest non-life insurer. Absorbed Allianz Maroc on 2 July 2026, now trades as SanlamAllianz and is the largest non-life insurer. Contracts signed with Sanlam Maroc or Allianz Maroc continue unchanged. Contracts signed with Sanlam Maroc or Allianz Maroc stay valid until they expire, on the same terms, and you have nothing to do. The former Allianz website now leads to sanlamallianz.ma. Some numbers differ for former Allianz customers: they are shown separately below. SanlamAllianz also answers on WhatsApp at +212 600 00 34 34. - **Health claims.** Assur'Santé International: 05 22 95 75 91. Former Allianz health contracts: 05 22 49 98 00, and Allianz Chifaa Monde: 05 22 05 38 37. - **Assistance** on the road and abroad is provided by Africa First Assist, the group's assistance company. 1. Declare within 5 days of learning of the loss (60 days for an officially declared catastrophic event), in writing, and keep a copy. 2. Send what proves the loss: the constat amiable for a car accident, the police report for a theft or injuries, photos and invoices. 3. Do not repair or throw anything away before the insurer's expert has seen it, unless it is urgent. Companies change their numbers, so check the website before you call. ## If you disagree SanlamAllianz takes complaints by phone on 05 22 42 06 06, through its online form and app, by private message on Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram, or through your intermediary. It promises an answer within 15 days of receiving a complete complaint. After a month without a satisfactory answer, you can go to the Insurance Mediator. 1. Write to SanlamAllianz's complaints service, or to your agent or broker, with your contract number and copies of your documents. Keep proof that you sent it. SanlamAllianz is on the list of companies approved by ACAPS, the regulator. Before you pay, you can check that list, and the map of approved agents and brokers, on [acaps.ma](https://www.acaps.ma). **Does Assurlik sell SanlamAllianz's contracts?** No. Assurlik sells nothing and takes no commission.
