## Calling for assistance

- **Emergency, 24 hours a day:** call **2526**. For information, advisers answer on 05 22 45 66 01.

1. Call before you pay or arrange anything yourself: the company must first agree to the service.
2. Have ready your contract or certificate number, your passport or ID, and where you are.
3. Keep every receipt and medical report, and send them as the company asks.
