## Declaring a claim

- **Declaring a claim.** Write to your AtlantaSanad agent or broker within 5 days, with the constat amiable for a car accident. Its contact page lists the company's own channels.
- **App.** The AtlantaSanad app is on Google Play.

1. Declare within 5 days of learning of the loss (60 days for an officially declared catastrophic event), in writing, and keep a copy.
2. Send what proves the loss: the constat amiable for a car accident, the police report for a theft or injuries, photos and invoices.
3. Do not repair or throw anything away before the insurer's expert has seen it, unless it is urgent.
